This urban-scale project calls for the redevelopment of downtown Riverhead as County Seat and gateway to eastern Long Island. The plan includes a pedestrian walkway along the Peconic River and 600,000 square feet of new retail, restaurants, cafés and condominium units in a campus-like setting. The curving glass pavilion was designed to house a vintage merry-go-round.
